Fair prices and efficient appointments

Repair

Nothing is worse than having a significant home fixture break. Whether a shelf fell down or your sink is clogged, give me a call. I’m available for urgent appointments several afternoons a week and emergency appointments overnight for any flooding or fire risks.

Repair fees are calculated at a $65 service call fee. From the fourth hour onward, it is an additional $25/hr. Hours include time shopping for and picking up repair materials.

Installation

If you have new materials that need to be installed, I am happy to do that as well. Dropping in a new sink basin? Swapping out some kitchen cabinet knobs? These are all covered by my installation fee of $75 plus $25/hr after the fourth hour.

I will also prep for installation. If you are having carpenters, plumbers, floorers or electricians in and need cabinetry or carpeting removed, I can do this as well. Please let me know in advance the schedule of the other workers so we can time removal preparation as closely as possible.

Custom woodwork:

Woodworking has remained a lifelong hobby of mine. If you’re looking for something special in your home, such as a hand-carved railing or custom shiplap, I would be very pleased to assist with designing and making it.
